SIN Non Posse Non Peccare (54 KB) In this modern age the concept of sin is hardly known, even in many churches, this is because the notion of God is hardly believed and also the prevalent thought of the importance of man in the scheme of things precludes any such possibility. Besides if God were to exist He would be such a nice fellow to not contradict man, let alone condemn him for anything, rebellious man states. Unbelievers say: "But I do not believe in God so this is not applicable to me" what a shallow statement, God is the Creator of all that exists, even unbelievers and they too are under God’s Law, whether they accept it or not.
Salvation in 1001 Words (36 KB) The Gospel of this glorious salvation is not based on human works so that no flesh can glorify in front of Him, but on obedience to God and a true belief in the sacrifice of Christ on the cross that covers indeed also your (mine) personal many sins. Repent (56 KB) One thing that one does not hear preached in these evil days from any pulpit is: "REPENT". Why is it so? The diagnosis is simple, really, for repentance is the recognition of wrong doing and turning around from that. But, what is wrongdoing? Well it is sin, and sin is transgressing the Laws that God has imposed on humankind (1Jo 3:4). But humankind does not want anything imposed for it is "politically" incorrect and upsetting in his eyes, being rebellious to God, and so the concept of sin is done away with, for it offends and anyone that preaches about sin in these days will be accused of performing "hate speech", and even put to prison. This is why hardly any preaching (if any) about Repentance is heard from any pulpit.
Forgiveness (56 KB) Contrary to the way of the world, there is no forgiveness without repentance, and it stands to reason, if there is no admission of wrong, then there cannot be any forgiveness for the answer received would be: "what for?". Yet the Lord requires that we forgive who has trespassed against us. How this can be reconciled with the recognition of wrongdoing and just retribution for sin?
Holiness (51 KB) Holiness is the state or quality of being holy, in sanctity. Holiness means the state of being set apart for the worship or service of God or gods. It is most usually ascribed to people, but can be and often is ascribed to objects, times, or places. The definition of Holiness in the highest sense it to belong to God and to Christians as consecrated to God’s service, and in so far as they are conformed in all things to the will of God. Amen
What about Righteousness? (51 KB) When the godly righteous are in authority, and have the exercise of civil government and the execution of the laws in their hands; for the protection of good men in their civil and religious privileges, and for the punishment of evil men; for the encouraging of all that is good, and for the discouraging of everything that is bad then the people rejoice.
Concepts of Sin and Salvation (47 KB) God has created humanity with a religious "stomach" that will be filled in one way or another, either by true religion or by invented beliefs of convenience. Throughout the ages mankind has always sought something higher than itself to venerate or to justify its own existence. Even modern unbelieving man spends Trillion of bucks to explore the Universe vainly seeking for the origin of life. This is nothing but a scientific search for a creator of his own making, by this approach modern man seeks a non-personal creator that has no claims on his own life.
Adultery, Fornication and Penalty (59 KB) We must proclaim that Adultery/Fornication is a serious sin and that those that participate in it will not enter Heaven (1Co 6:9) and that God will judge those practicing such ungodly acts: "Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but fornicators and adulterers God will judge. "(Heb 13:4)
