The Family

14 ¶ For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 of whom every family in Heaven and on earth is named, 16 that He may give you, according to the riches of His glory, by His power to become mighty in the inward man through His Spirit, 17 that through faith Christ may dwell in your hearts, having been rooted and founded in love, 18 that you may be given strength to grasp, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and depth and height, 19 and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:14-19)

What is "Family"
The family is an unity composed by a man, a woman and natural children and/or adopted ones. The basis of the family is the fusion of the two (husband and wife) into one only flesh.  Therefore, a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife and they shall become one flesh. (Genesis 2:24) The family has been constituted by God as a fundamental building stone upon which the nations are put together. 

The family is founded on marriage which is the gift of God to reveal the union between Christ and His Church.  The husband loves his wife as Christ loves the church. The husband has the responsibility given by God to provide and to protect and guide his family.  The wife graciously submit to the leadership of her husband (in everything) as the church voluntarily submits (in everything) to the directions of Christ . The wife has the responsibility to highly respect her husband and to serve, as his convenient helper, in the running of the household and to care for the next generation, that is the children.

The family being a unity, is distinguished by a single name i.e. the Family name.  The individuals of a family have an additional name, Given name, to distinguish the various member of that family.  Who has a different family name does not belong to that family.  Modern women that do not change their family name to that of the husband reject belonging to his family, nor are they one with him, for Scripture says: and the two shall be one flesh;" so that they no longer are two, but one flesh. Gen 2:24 (Mark 10:8)  If the two are no more two, but now one, they cannot have different family name, otherwise they are not one. The name Adam was given by God to the man, and to the woman when Eve was brought to Adam and man and woman were one. He created them male and female, and blessed them, and called their name Adam in the day when they were created. (Genesis 5:2)

In the Biblical economy, if the wife does not take the family name of the husband she is: either ignorant on the matter (that is unlikely) or she is rebellious against God and against her husband. The woman that does not take the name of the husband wants to be disassociated from him, demonstrating that she is not one with him, nor she wants to submit to him (as the Lord commands) and does not submit to God either.  But even as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives to their own husbands in everything. (Ephesians 5:24)

The children take the family name from the father because they were in his loins (Gen 35:11) and because he is the head of the family and man: For truly a man ought not to have the head covered, being the image and glory of God. But woman is the glory of man; (1 Corinthians 11:7)  and as we have seen above Heb 3:14, every family takes the name from the Father.

If husband and wife adopt children, these will take the name of the husband and will be treated as true sons with full rights as members of that family.

The order of command in the Christian family is: But I want you to know that Christ is the Head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:3)  As categorically expressed: God the Father is above all and he has no head over Him, then Christ has God as head, the man follows with Christ as his head and finally the woman that has the man as her head.  The woman is not head for she was specifically created in function of man and for his needs as convenient helper.

In the family's household grandparents may live.  These are not strictly counted as part of the family unit, the same as for other people that live there, such as relatives.  Several family units may live together under a patriarch, which is Biblical, but every family is unique and its government is in the hands of each husband. 

The so called "marriages" between homosexuals and lesbians are no marriages at all, but abominations and certainly do not come under the concept of Godly family, as Biblically stated. Nor do the "de facto" unions are to be considered as Family, even if they produce children (that are considered bastards by the Bible) for they have not celebrated a proper marriage.  At best they may be considered as a group of people that live together.

How is the Family organised?
The father is the head of the family, just as God is the head of all families of His own from which all take His name.  We see in Scripture that God, as well as  the angels sent by God, always address the family fathers. The father is responsible for the family's decisions, as Adam was for his.

The father is the head, the priest and the teacher of the family.  Obviously this is politically incorrect these evil days, for both the feminists and for the "democracy" in which we live. But, Biblically, the fathers are responsible for the family, including taking its members to church.  In our pagan and decadent society the churches are ever more empty and of those present the majority are women.  In the Christian family the fathers must teach the fear of the Lord to their children, but in these days all this is neglect and we have delinquent children and a rotting society.  But the Lord commands the fathers to: 6 And these words which I am commanding you today shall be on your heart. 7 And you shall teach them to your sons, and shall speak of them as you sit in your house, and as you walk in the way, and as you are lying down, and as you are rising up. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

Moreover in the Biblical family the father was also responsible to teach his children a trade, usually his own.  We see Jesus that learned carpentry from his earthly "father" Joseph. And as far as division between secular and religious, there is not such thing in Hebrew for the word "avad" is used for both "work" and "worship".  Again in Hebrew there is no word for bachelor because it is expected that the young men will marry and set up family, in line with : And Jehovah God said, It is not good, the man being alone. I will make a helper suited to him. (Genesis 2:18)
Whoever finds a wife finds good, and gets favor from Jehovah. (Proverbs 18:22)

In the Bible, marriage is considered a solemn sacred covenant: 
And I passed by you, and I looked on you, and, behold, your time was the time of love. And I spread My skirt over you and covered your nakedness. And I swore to you and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Lord Jehovah. And you became Mine. (Ezekiel 16:8 )

13 And this is a second thing you have done: covering the altar of Jehovah with tears, with weeping and groaning; yet not facing toward the food offering, and taking it with delight from your hand. 14 Yet you say, On what cause? Because Jehovah has been witness between you and the wife of your youth, against whom you have dealt treacherously; and she is your companion and your covenant wife. 15 And has He not made you one? Yet the vestige of the Spirit is in him. And what of the one? He was seeking a seed of God. Then guard your spirit, and do not deal treacherously with the wife of your youth. (Malachi 2:13-15)

Biblical marriage is based on a solemn pact and not on "sexual love" as the current society would want us to believe, urged on by the Hollywood romantic films.  Obviously if we "fall in love" we can also "fall out of love" and easily exit a marriage based on this. Statistics show that people "fall in love" for 18 to 20 months, then divorce.  It is more difficult to get out of a solemn pact, as described in the Bible, than an infatuation.  The majority of people marry for Eros, and sometime for Phileo, but rarely for Agape.

In a solemn marriage the children are kept in great consideration and a woman willingly without them (as we have today) is despised.

The home of a Biblical family is a little sanctuary, the table becomes an altar where prayers and songs are offered to the Lord and where wife and children are blessed by the father,  But in our society, wives and children cannot wait to leave. 

In the Biblical family there is great respect and reverence for the parents, the same cannot be said for the modern democratic family. Children, obey the parents in all things, for this is well pleasing to the Lord. (Colossians 3:20)

Who wants to destroy the Family?
Satan.  Since the beginning, the evil one has tried to destroy the family of God.  Scripture warns "Strike the shepherd and the sheep will be scattered".  And so, the wicked one has done throughout the ages, and not always succeeding in hitting the head of the family directly, he tries to make him fall acting through the weaker vessels of the family, as he did in the Garden of Eden, succeeding in making Adam fall through Eve.  In these last days he has had excellent success working through feminism and democracy for the two go hand in hand as feminism would not have been without the under girding of democracy, being its daughter. Both of them are Satan's creations.

Now, let us just have a look at some nations:

In Australia
They cannot figure out why boys at school have no desire to study and get low marks in exams.  How strange?  Could it be that the male is ostracized by the female teachers and the system because they are males?   The Australian schooling system is in crisis because this policy has resulted that the male teachers have left the schools and most of these are now manned by females.  The solution of the government is to offer bonus money to the male teachers to return.  Total waste of money, it will not work.

A student, when studying for his degree in engineering was told by a female teacher of a humanistic course the first day, that if in their writing or exams a masculine pronoun was found she would have dismissed that paper. This is how school is today.

In the UK
The majority of students in Universities are females, the same with the teachers.

The percentage of females going to University is on 50% whilst for the males is only 41% and diminishing. (Similar percentages for Island: 80% for the females and only 42% for the males).
Stupid question:  who will be the Directors of tomorrow?

In Japan
It is an epidemic, Thousands of boys are locking themselves in their room and hardly come out.  In some cases their mother feed them through the door.  Terror to go to school and face the females?

In Italy:
It is now normal for the woman to keep the maiden name after marrying.

When renewing her identity card a woman saw that they used her maiden name, so she asked as to why.  They said that it is convenient because when divorcing there will be no need to change her card. Divorce taken for granted by the authorities.

There is a project of law whereby the children at birth would automatically take the surname of the mother with the option to change it to that of the father at 18, if they wanted to.  But we are gone between the ears?  After using a surname for the first 18 years who would undertake bureaucratic pains to change it? Practically nobody.  I ask: Why change what has worked well for 6000 years?  Hhuuummm! Is there an agenda?

Whilst distributing Bibles in front of a teachers' college it was noted that they were all females.  Asking one of them, it was found that out of about 300 students only almost 20 were males.  Who would you think will be manning the school of the near future?

In Sweden
A woman worried for the pitiful state of the men has instituted a school to teach men on how to be men.  It looks a desperate situation.

And it is like that all over the Western civilization.  Truly God has been put aside in their minds.

Where all this will take us?  One does not need to be a genius to understand that in the near future, given the present laws, women will occupy the major part of scholastic and managerial roles, and also the lower ones.  Let us hear Isaiah's lament: As for My people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over him. Oh My people, your rulers cause you to go astray, and they swallow the way of your paths. (Isaiah 3:12)

Now if we look at the pie diagram of all jobs in society we see that it is generally proportional to the number of inhabitants.  In other words the number of jobs is what it is.  Of these number, in the past, only a small percentage was occupied by women, for they stayed at home to care for husband, children and home, as God commands. (Tit 2:4-5)  But now women occupy almost half of all jobs, and some country 60% and growing.  Thus, given the jobs for that population remaining about the same it means that the jobs women got were obtained in expelling men from the work force, sending them home doing nothing.  This is not according to God's scheme. The table has been turned upside down.

And presto, the Family, as instituted by God is effectively destroyed.

How can man be the head, priest and teacher of his family, if the state, society and the family itself, minimize and relegates him to a place of nullity?

How can the man be the head (governor), priest and teacher of his family if it is the wife that provides for the family?  It appears that the "democratic" society under the control of Satan, has effectively capsized the divine order in the family.

The man as the image and glory of God has been reduced to a babbling blockhead, as Homer in the TV's Simpsons.  The head of the family has been effectively mentally castrated and the family is adrift and consequently so is society.

In the feministic movement, the satanic points of attack, using democracy, are: against marriage, against the Biblical family, against the male as the representative of God and head of the family. However, feminism did not start about 50 years ago, but from the beginning with Eve, the original feminist. She wanted to come out from the authority of Adam seeking independence from Him and from God and in so doing she plunged the human race in sin and in this valley of tears.  The first act of the feministic agenda of Satan was a success and its continuing today, in the last days.

However the floodgates of Feminism have been opened in the last 50 years. Democracy has removed all the limiting posts and now the feminists' satanic agenda is pressing ever more and it is dreadful.  Just listed to their voices:

Sheila Coonan: "The facts are that any woman has to recognise herself a lesbian to be fully feminine".

Gloria Stimenn: "In the year 2000 we will grow, I hope, our children to believe in the human potential rather than God's".

Sheila Cronam: "Given that marriage is slavery for women, it is clear that the feministic institution must concentrate to attack the institution of marriage.  Freedom for women cannot be won without the abolition of marriage".

Anne Lori Gaylor: "Let's forget the myth of Jesus and let's turn towards the feminine salvation of the world".

Phillis Schlafly: "Feminists are not for equality, but want to kill all that is masculine".

The "Declaration of Feminism" says: "the end of marriage is necessary for the liberation of women; we are to return to the ancient female religions and magical arts".

Someone may think that I have an axe to grind against women, he would be in grave error.  It is with the men that I have my beef.  Brothers, we have not realised that thick slices of ham have grown over our eyes. We have abdicated the role that God gave us and have fled to the mountains. Wake up, things are going to pieces and we are just looking on stunned, as Adam did, whilst Satan takes away captives our wives and children.

In our western society the concept of Biblical Family is just about destroyed, and it is clear that prospects of recovery are rather small, except the direct intervention of the Lord.  If we take the events in the OT as our guide, we see that the modus operandi of God is always to give repeated warnings, ever more heavy, till a point of braking is reached and then He applies the final punishment, usually by the ands of the children of Ishmael.

We all have witness the warning that God has sent to America (nation founded on Christianity) on the 11th of September 2001, indeed by the hand of the Ishmaelite.  Has America recognised the hand of God in this?  NO.  Has America ceased her abominations, as: Abortions, Divorces, Feminism, Homosexuality, Pagan practice, etc?  NO.  Has America repented and turned back to the ways of the Lord? NO.

We can be sure that the Lord in His long suffering will send more warnings to America and to the Western world, ever more heavy, to bring to repentance, but by judging from the past, it is improbable that there will be a response, given the advanced state of iniquity.

1. The Biblical family is composed by a heterosexual couple properly married with children, natural or adopted, with a possible adjunct of descendents of common ancestry ,

2. All other combinations of aggregated people is not Family.  The so called "homosexual marriages" are not Family, but abominations,

3. The head of the Family is the man with God given authority. He is the head of his wife and of the children to the limit of the authority given to him by God, an not over,

4. Every physically able man must endeavour to do every reasonable effort to provide continually for his family.  The wife may contribute to the income of the family through work at home, with the husband's approval.  In the case of severe financial hardship the wife may seek external temporary work, with the husband's consent.  But the family must consider this abnormal situation as slavery and must do all possible to free itself from it, with strong petitions to God,

5. God commands every child to honour the parents and to obey them in the Lord, with a promise of a good life. Scripture gives the parents the right o discipline the children, even corporally, as a last resort in difficult cases, to make them grow into free citizens respectful of the Law,

6. We negate to the State extra-biblical rights on how the children are to be educated and disciplined  and on how the family members must relate between themselves,

7. In these last days men have abandoned the charge of God to be responsible for their families. God renders them responsible and guilty, if they do not repent they are in mortal danger of divine wrath.

Men!  What were we doing when Satan, through democracy, was carrying away our rights as governors, priests and teachers to our family?

Men! Were were we when the evil one was corrupting our wives and taking our children in captivity.

Men!  What will we say when in front of the Lord, and He will ask us: "What have you done with the headship of the family that I have given you?"

And the church is saying nothing, but her silence is deafening.

However, the Lord has not left himself without witness: But what does the Divine answer say to him, "I reserved to Myself seven thousand men who did not bow a knee to Baal." 1Ki 19:18 (Romans 11:4)
